By using the PayTransa platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire and only agreement between us and you, and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to the Site and the subject matter of this Agreement.

2. Merchant Responsibilities

Merchants are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.

3. Fees and Commissions

PayTransa charges a standard processing fee of 5% on every successful transaction. This fee is automatically deducted before the net amount is credited to your merchant wallet. We reserve the right to modify our fee structure with a 30-day notice.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not use our service for any illegal purposes, including but not limited to:

• Fraudulent transactions or money laundering.
• Selling prohibited substances or illegal digital goods.
• Intellectual property infringement.
• Any activity that violates international financial regulations.

5. Payouts and Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24-48 business hours. We reserve the right to hold funds if suspicious activity is detected for up to 90 days for investigation purposes.
